You can complete the purchase through a manual B2B transaction process. Because vehicles are high-value goods, we do not currently support direct online checkout or automatic website payment.

First, browse our vehicle catalog and check whether your required model is listed. Vehicles listed in our catalog are usually available in our China-based inventory or sourcing network, which normally allows faster shipment.

If you find a suitable model, submit an inquiry on the vehicle page and leave your contact details. If your inquiry is sent before 18:00 Beijing Time, our team will usually contact you the same day. If it is sent after 18:00 Beijing Time, we will usually respond within 12 hours. We will also consider your time zone and preferred contact time.

If the model you need is not listed, send us the model name, configuration, color, quantity, destination country, and any special requirements. Our China supply-chain team will check available sourcing options. Non-stock vehicles may require a longer lead time.

After we contact you, the normal process is: confirm the model, color, trim, and configuration; provide vehicle videos and photos showing the VIN, nameplate, optional equipment, exterior walkaround, and key details; sign the purchase contract; confirm the price, shipping method, destination, configuration details, and payment account; start export-license and logistics procedures after payment is received; complete customs declaration and shipment; then track the shipment until the vehicle arrives at the destination.

Vehicle import rules vary by country. Before purchasing, you must confirm your local import requirements, including vehicle age restrictions, emission standards, EV charging standards, road-use registration requirements, inspection procedures, customs duties, taxes, and any required import permits.

We can share the market information we know for your country, but we cannot list every country’s full import policy on the website. The final responsibility for confirming local import eligibility belongs to the importer or buyer.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority, transport authority, or licensed customs broker before placing an order.

After paying the FOB vehicle price, you still need to pay international transportation costs and destination-country costs such as customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes, registration-related charges, port charges, and any local inspection or compliance costs.

International freight varies by destination, shipping route, transport mode, and market conditions. You may arrange your own logistics provider, or we can help connect you with a logistics partner. Our role is to help compare available market options while prioritizing safety, compliance, and predictable delivery.

Destination-country clearance costs are determined by your local regulations and must be handled according to the rules of your country.

After you confirm the vehicle online and communicate with our team, we can prepare a purchase intention document or contract based on the selected model.

Before the final purchase contract is signed, you may arrange vehicle inspection or request detailed verification materials. Once the vehicle information, price, destination, delivery time, payment account, and other key terms are confirmed, both parties sign and stamp the contract. The contract becomes valid after both parties formally confirm it according to the agreed terms.

Before payment is made, you may discuss order cancellation with the sales or supply team if you have concerns about the model, price, or other transaction terms.

After a deposit or payment has been made, cancellation depends on the contract terms and the actual situation. Common cancellation scenarios may include: the supplier-provided vehicle has confirmed defects or damage; force majeure such as natural disaster or war; the buyer provides valid proof that the remaining balance cannot be paid; or both parties mutually agree to cancel the order.

The final handling method should be based on the signed contract and written confirmation between both parties.
